1. Where are your products made and how long will shipping take?

All of our items are printed through trusted partners in your region. Orders are usually fulfilled and shipped from your country where possible, so you get faster delivery and lower shipping costs. Typical transit times are 3–7 business days within your country.


2. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can click through to see real-time status updates from the carrier.


3. What is your return & exchange policy?

We stand by the quality of our products. If anything arrives damaged or defective, just let us know within 30 days and we’ll replace it at no extra charge. 


4. What materials do you use?

  • T-shirts & Apparel: 100% ring-spun cotton (or premium blends), preshrunk for consistent fit and comfort.
  • Mugs: Durable, dishwasher- and microwave-safe ceramic.
  • Journals: Thick, acid-free paper with guided prompts; hardcover with a soft-touch finish.
  • Candles: 100% natural soy wax, lead-free cotton wick, approx. 40–50 hours burn time.

5. How should I care for my T-shirt?

Machine wash inside-out on cold with similar colors. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Avoid bleach and high-heat ironing directly on graphic areas.


 

6. Can I customize my own affirmation design?

Absolutely! If you’ve got a personal mantra or phrase you’d like to see on a product, drop us a line at custom@affirmationnation.com. We’ll work with you to bring your unique design to life (minimum order quantities may apply).


 


7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
